Members are reminded that, should they wish to call in any item* on this agenda, notice must be given to Democratic Services by 4:00 pm on Wednesday 6 March 2024.
*With the exception of matters that have been the subject of a previous call in, require Full Council approval or are urgent, which are not subject to the call-in provisions. Any called in items will be considered by the Corporate Services, Climate Change and Scrutiny Management Committee.

4. Review of Council Garage Licence Agreement |

This report sets out the current position on Garage Licences and seeks in principle approval for proposed changes to the licence agreement subject to final wording to be agreed with Legal Services, and to delegate the final version to a published officer decision by the Director of Housing, Economy & Regeneration.
